Scott Dahs

Scott Dahs has been in the finance industry for over 20 years. Following his active-duty service in the US Air Force where he traveled all over the world honorably serving the country, Scott entered the world of finance as a Personal Financial Advisor in 1998 and went on to have roles in corporate banking at Chase as a relationship manager and business analysist. Scott received his M.B.A. from Franklin University in 2007.

Scott always wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and run his own business so following his time at Chase, he became a N2 Publishing franchise owner. After nearly five years of success with N2, Scott transitioned back to finance in the world of mortgage lending. Scott finds great joy in building relationships with his clients, this is evident by his Social Survey score of 4.97 from his clients.

On a personal note, Scott is passionate about helping those who are going through a divorce, having lived through a divorce himself. Scott prides himself on being an utmost professional, and focuses on serving and helping others as they go through the divorce process.

Scott and his wife Mary have lived in Worthington, Ohio since 2007, and he has two adult children, Kyle and Katherine. When he is not working, Scott enjoys traveling, fishing and golf.

Carrie Swart

I have been a Realtor for 15 plus years, diligently serving Columbus and it’s surrounding suburbs. I pride myself on providing a high level of dedication to each and every one of my buyers and sellers so that all clients remain educated during the entire home buying/selling process.

During my tenure as a Realtor, I personally went through a divorce and truly understand the need for additional resources as it pertains to real estate. To this end, I created Columbus Divorce Solutions. (CDS). I want to complement the work of divorce and family law attorneys so that clients are fully-educated when it comes to the housing and financial issues surrounding separation and divorce.
